- Refunds require at least 72 hours' notice before your drop-off time.
- All cancellations and refunds are subject to an administration fee.
- Cancellations inside 72 hours of drop-off may not be refundable.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear.
