Terms & conditions
The terms on which we provide our booking service.
Last updated: August 2026. Please read these terms carefully; by booking you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Park & Cruise ("we", "us") is a parking booking agent based at Back of the Walls, Southampton SO14 3LS. We compare and book vetted independent parking providers; we do not own or operate car parks.
2. Our role as agent
When you book, we arrange a parking service supplied by the independent provider named on your confirmation. Your parking contract for the physical service is with that provider, who is responsible for your vehicle while in their care. We are responsible for arranging the booking and handling your payment.
3. Bookings & prices
Prices shown are guide prices and are confirmed for your dates before payment. The total, including any booking fee, is displayed before you pay. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by card at the time of booking and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
5. Vehicles
Most providers accept vehicles up to 1.9 m high and 5 m long. Trailers are not accepted and over-height roof boxes must be removed before arrival. Please leave your vehicle roadworthy, taxed and insured, and remove valuables.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Refunds require 72 hours' notice before drop-off and are subject to an administration fee. See Cancellations & refunds.
7. Liability
The parking provider is responsible for your vehicle while in their care, subject to their own terms and insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
