General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the service provider website www.parkandcruisesouth.com (referred to as the "Website"), operated under the brand PARK & CRUISE.
Customers must fully accept these Terms and Conditions, including service provider terms, cancellation policies, and liability clauses. PARK & CRUISE focuses on providing cost-effective parking solutions, and these terms are structured to keep prices affordable within predefined limits.
By using this Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
The Website acts solely as a booking agent for third-party car parking service providers and does not itself provide parking services.
Customers are responsible for reading and understanding the individual service provider's information, terms, and conditions before making a booking. Any questions or concerns must be resolved prior to purchase.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
PARK & CRUISE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time the booking is made. Customers should review the Terms before each booking.
For queries prior to booking, customers may contact parkandcruisesouth@gmail.com or call between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside these hours, email is the preferred contact method.
Bookings and Services
A booking is confirmed once a confirmation email containing a booking reference number is sent to the customer.
Telephone or online chat bookings are confirmed once a booking reference number is issued by the operator.
All bookings are subject to availability. PARK & CRUISE reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the service provider cannot fulfil it. In such cases, a refund will be issued. PARK & CRUISE accepts no liability for consequential losses, including loss of profit, additional costs, or loss of enjoyment. Customers are advised to hold adequate travel insurance.
All bookings are non-transferable.
If a confirmation is not received, customers must contact PARK & CRUISE immediately to avoid no-show or cancellation charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and following all parking or meet-and-greet instructions.
Mystery or saver products are offered at discounted rates. The specific car park will only be disclosed after purchase. These products may not meet all individual requirements, and PARK & CRUISE accepts no liability if they are unsuitable.
If changes to a confirmed booking are required, customers will be notified. If the revised booking is unacceptable, a full refund will be issued.
Dash cams and tracking devices are generally not permitted by service providers for insurance and security reasons. Customers must check this with the provider in advance.
Service providers may operate multiple compounds with varying security measures and may move vehicles between locations for operational reasons.
Customers must bring a printed copy of their booking confirmation for verification purposes.
Prices and Payments
All pre-booking prices are quoted in GBP.
A non-refundable booking fee applies to all bookings.
Payments must be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.
If a payment is declined, PARK & CRUISE reserves the right not to fulfil the booking.
Additional charges (e.g., oversized vehicles, delays, terminal fees) may be applied by the service provider and are independent of PARK & CRUISE pricing.
PARK & CRUISE acts as a booking agent and cannot issue VAT receipts. VAT invoices must be obtained directly from the service provider.
Amendments and Cancellations
Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing to parkandcruisesouth@gmail.com or by phone during office hours, quoting the booking reference.
Bookings made within 72 hours of drop-off are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before drop-off are subject to a £25 administration fee.
Changes to pick-up dates after vehicle drop-off must be arranged directly with the service provider.
Early vehicle collection does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Requests are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 only.
Once confirmed, cancellations or changes cannot be reversed.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
PARK & CRUISE Liability
PARK & CRUISE provides booking services only. The contract for parking services is between the customer and the service provider.
PARK & CRUISE is liable only for losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing bookings.
All claims related to parking services must be made directly against the service provider.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.
PARK & CRUISE accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or items left inside them. Customers must rely on their own insurance policies.
PARK & CRUISE's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
Complaints
Complaints regarding service delivery must be made directly to the service provider, with a copy sent to PARK & CRUISE.
Complaints about the booking process should be emailed to parkandcruisesouth@gmail.com.
All complaints must include relevant documentation and evidence.
Right to Use Vehicle
PARK & CRUISE and service providers reserve the right to move vehicles as required for operational, security, or safety reasons. Vehicles may be stored off-site during peak periods. Late or early arrivals may incur additional charges as specified at the time of service.
