Do you own the car parks?
No. Park & Cruise is a booking agent: we compare vetted independent parking providers near each port, airport and station, and handle your booking and payment. The car park itself is run by the provider named on your confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds require 72 hours' notice before your drop-off time, and all cancellations and refunds are subject to an administration fee. See our Cancellations & refunds page for the full policy.
Is there a height or length limit for vehicles?
Most providers accept vehicles up to 1.9 m high and 5 m long. Trailers are not accepted, and roof boxes that take you over the height limit must be removed before arrival.
Is parking suitable for disabled travellers?
Some services, such as Park & Walk, may not suit customers with reduced mobility. Park & Ride and Meet & Greet options are available on request — call us on 07984 320734 and we will find a suitable option.
How do I pay?
By card at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the total price — including any booking fee — is shown before you pay.
Can I amend my booking?
Contact us as early as you can on 07984 320734 or adminparkncruise@gmail.com and we will arrange changes with your provider. Amendments close to your drop-off time may not always be possible.
What happens if my flight or cruise is delayed?
Your booking allows for normal travel timing. If you're seriously delayed, call our 24/7 line and we'll coordinate with the provider so your car is ready when you get back.
How do I find you on arrival?
Follow the arrival instructions on your confirmation. At the car park, look for the Park & Cruise flag — our uniformed drivers wait nearby.
Do you carry keys securely?
Yes. Vetted providers store keys securely; key handling and security features are described before you book and on our Security & vetting page.
Do you charge more for short stays?
At some locations, stays of 1–3 days are charged at a daily rate, while 4 days and over use fixed package prices. The exact total is always shown before you pay.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes — enter it in the booking form. Valid codes are applied to your total before payment.
