How we vet providers

Park & Cruise is a booking agent. Before we list a provider we check that they operate legitimately and to a standard we're comfortable putting our name to. Where relevant we look at:

• Business registration and public liability insurance
• Site security features — fencing, lighting, CCTV, entry control and patrols where offered
• Driver and staff identification for Meet & Greet services
• Clear key-handling and vehicle check-in procedures
• Customer feedback and how issues are resolved

What you'll see before booking

The security features of the specific provider are described before you pay, so you can choose with your eyes open. The provider named on your confirmation operates the car park and is responsible for your vehicle while it's in their care.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
